Hello again everyone! I know I keep apologizing for being so absent on this blog. I know you miss me. Trust me, I miss me. I miss writing, getting my thoughts out of my head and out into the world.
Right now, my work is kicking my butt. Hard. And, it's probably not going to end until Thanksgiving. I'm trying not to let myself get burnt out. I'm trying not to overextend myself to the point of getting sick. I'm trying to remind myself that it's only temporary, one stop on my journey to my path -- and that there are lessons to be learned in this part of the journey.
Lessons like -- don't get burnt out Don't overextend yourself to the point of getting sick. Always be open to the lessons that life can teach you, even when you're too tired to listen.
Since I've been so busy, so much has happened -- both in my life and in our country (Yay! Obama!) and I can't help but feel like the tides are turning. I feel a nervous energy -- a good, nervous energy -- like so much good change is around the corner. Things are happening. Balls are rolling. Plans are in motion. Now it's just up to me to trust that it will actually happen and try to make it through the busy times at work.
So, please don't give up on me. I might be less-around in the next couple of weeks, but as I always say, I'm thinking of you, dear blog readers.
